At IATF2025, I offered free coaching hours, which was greatly appreciated. By listening carefully to the entrepreneurs and understanding their business proposition, I was able to pose several guiding questions for reflection. I also made some suggestions for fine-tuning their businesses. I regularly received feedback that the consultation was eye-opening.
