In the week of March 24 – 28 2024, I joined the IBMA conference about ‘Reshaping Agribusiness Models’ for building prosperous rural communities. (In Convention Center Kigali, on behalf of my Africa Business Coaching)
* Inspiring week
It was a very inspiring week, with discussions about how to achieve faster sustainable and profitable growth in rural areas.
* Community-based business model
The agricultural communities can play a crucial role in this. Developing together, taking responsibility together, investing together and serving profitable market segments together.
* Urgency
Urgency drives movement and there is, because Africa is growing rapidly in population and imports far too much fresh food from other continents.
